How might IUPUI improve black women’s retention?

The diversity task force was formed in the spring of 2019 to develop a strategic plan to improve the retention of black women faculty and staff at IUPUI. Based on the request from the task force team, I have conducted two design thinking sessions with the group.

The final report from the sessions has served IUPUI administrators in implementing a strategic plan and actions to improve Black Women’s retention.
