Cultivating a culture of entrepreneurship at IUPUI

In 2015, the University launched the initiative of cultivating the culture of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at IUPUI. I was asked to design a meeting aiming to gauge the current and future roles of the University in the area of innovation and entrepreneurship. I planned and hosted a campus-wide design thinking session with the following questions:

1. What are the strengths to leverage and opportunities to pursue — both on the IUPUI campus and in the Indianapolis / Central Indiana community — that could enhance and expand the Culture of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at IUPUI?

2. How might this Culture engage and strengthen the education of students?”

The report produced from this event served the University in developing a strategic plan for the initiative.
