Cover images are coming to Version 2.0.

Why are cover images so powerful? We see them on Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, …some of the most powerful social networks on the planet.

It’s not a coincidence. The power of an image, an image that represents a person, their vision, their personality, can literally paint a thousand words for someone visiting this person’s profile or project. Color, shape, and form, come together to emit the emotion of a specific user or in Collaborizm’s case, a Project. In Collaborizm Version 2.0, we want to become an elite place for stories to be told around the Projects being built on our platform.

Project cover images in 2.0 will allow users to sculpt this picture, and story, when searching and presenting ideas to new teammates and collaborators.

Pre-launch, we are hosting a cover image submission competition, where our user base will submit awesome pictures of their projects to enter our global cover image repository for all users to choose from. Collaborizm will give credit all those who submit their images, and live within the Collaborizm image repository forever!

Submit your Project photos here!

(Winners get a blog about their project, written by the Collaborizm Team, and posted to our 85,000 Facebook fans next Thursday!)
