Access (kind of) denied

Previously, when opening a project of which you weren’t a member, the “Mission” and “Outcomes” tabs were visible. This has been changed—now you will only see the dashboard. Furthermore, if you are a member of a project but do not have permission to change its phase, the UI no longer offers you this option. Nor can you add missions via the UI (unless, of course, you have permission to do so).
