This study investigated the sensitivity of the human microbiome to glyphosate. The researchers found that more than half of the bacterial strains in the human microbiome were intrinsically sensitive to glyphosate, suggesting that this herbicide has the potential to disrupt the delicate balance of gut bacteria.
