After successfully raising our Series A funding and almost doubling our team in the last three months, it’s fair to say we’ve got a lot to celebrate as a business — and that starts with making sure our team feels properly rewarded (it’s all their hard work that got us here)!

So — big news! It’s time to ditch the one-size-fits-all approach to company benefits, and embrace the individual skills each of us bring to the table. We’re really excited to be rolling out a whole roster of new benefits for our incredible team with Ben.

A generous & flexible annual budget

Nobody knows what our team members love more than they do — so they choose their own benefits with a totally flexible (no, really) annual allowance loaded onto a digital card.

Whether they fancy getting healthier with a new gym membership or getting meals delivered with a nourishing Hello Fresh order, resting easy with a generous Health Insurance safety net, or taking some time to look after their mental health with a Headspace membership — we’ve got them covered.

Learning & development, done properly

We also want to keep encouraging our teams to grow and nurture as individuals. Maybe they’ve always fancied brushing up on their French or taking a public speaking course — they’re free to learn, with a yearly Learning & Development budget.
