At CollegeVine, our mission is to guide students and their families through the high school to college transition period. We have an unending list of interesting problems to solve: how to predict if someone will be a good mentor for a given student; how to mediate tens of thousands of high-quality, ongoing human relationships simultaneously; how to ingest thousands of college applications requirements and produce an optimal plan of attack — just to name a few.
We’re a small (but growing!) engineering team whose culture is built around autonomy, authenticity, excellence, and pragmatism. We are pragmatically polyglot. Here’s what we are serving in production: Haskell, PureScript, JavaScript, Ruby, Python, Bash, and SQL.
