Color’s ambassadors, in from the road

As you probably know, being in sales often means spending one’s days as a traveling ambassador. You don’t have an office to go to; instead you spend your time going from location to location, bringing others the message of what your company does.

At Color, building a best in class team and creating a exceptional culture are top priorities. So last week, we brought all our remote sales team together at Color headquarters here in Burlingame, California, to get to know each other, celebrate last year’s successes, and discuss this year’s strategy.

We gathered from cities and towns across the US to share ideas between our clinical and enterprise teams and explore ways to bring the Color test to more providers, patients and employers across the globe. It’s an important mission and one that everyone can get behind.

Overall, it was a great week full of hard work, creative ideas, good food, and just the right amount of karaoke. We were also moved by the video (see below) that our California colleagues created for us — and some sales team members are now mulling over the creation of a day-in-the-life video of their own.
