Over the past year, it has been our goal as a company to increase our use of meats made without antibiotics or added hormones EVER. Our journey started last summer when we introduced our new antibiotic-free (ABF) deli meats with no added nitrates or nitrites. We are now excited to introduce our new ABF line of salami with no added nitrates or nitrites, featuring our classic Italian Dry, our tried and true Genoa, and the unveiling of our latest innovation — a smoky Pepperoni.
