For the past 100 years, we at Columbus Craft Meats, have pursued our passions for craft meats with a stubborn commitment to high-quality ingredients and authentic aging and cooking processes. Our meats have made delicious sandwiches for a long Saturday hike and beautiful charcuterie spreads at parties large and small. But, we continue to ask ourselves “How can we improve our products for people’s lives now?”

We recognize that you have a busy schedule in a culture that is always on-the-go. You move seamlessly from work to errands to dinner with friends and family. In the midst of your busy days, you are searching for food that combines quality and great taste and is perfectly portioned for a snack. Columbus has the answer with our new line of snacks.

Each snack contains one of our favorite meats paired with a delicious cheese or cracker. Not only do the snacks taste great but they also have 8 to 12 grams of protein. You’ll indulge and get some energy to fuel your busy day.

Our snacks include:

The Salame & Cheese Crisps combine our premium salame with crisps made from sourdough and 100% real Romano cheese. These snacks give you the perfect combination of salame, cheese, and crunch for a pick-me-up. It’s sized to pop in a backpack or purse and prevent the onset of a “hangry” moment.

There are two salame pairings:

• The Italian Dry Salame & Cheese Crisps has our signature, San Francisco-style Italian Dry salame made with cracked black pepper, spices, and burgundy wine paired with the crisps.
• The Calabrese Salame & Cheese Crisps gives a slick kick as it is made with red bell peppers and crushed red pepper for a spicy finish alongside the crunch of the cheese.

Our tasty Paninos are now in snack-portioned packs of two. These tasty snacks are slices of our Grande lines of salami and cheese rolled together for a great bite. Pack in a lunch for a treat or grab one out of the fridge for a quick midday pick-me-up. There are four different types to try:

• The Genoa Panino combines our Genoa salame, made of extra-lean pork, garlic, and black pepper, with creamy mozzarella cheese
• The Italian Dry Panino is made from our signature Italian Dry salame with a slice of Monterey Jack for a tangy and mild combination.
• The Prosciutto Panino is two rolls of aged, imported Prosciutto and mozzarella for a classic Italian pairing
• The Hot Sopressata Panino combines our slightly spicy Hot Sopressata salame made from chile de arbol, paprika, and sherry wine with mozzarella cheese for a spicy and creamy snack.
