Just Communicate, Be Agile…

Are you agile or not?
Do u use Scrum / XP techniques?
Waterfall is evil, run away and survive…!?
Do you hear?: We are agile, aren’t you?
Do you read several things like: PMI/CMMI vs. Agile?
Do you feel like everybody except you got on the Agile train?

Just forget all!
PMI talks about planning so much, doesn’t Scrum?
CMMI talks about processes so much, doesn’t Scrum?
In order to develop a good software most crucial aspect is superior COMMUNICATION.
So talk, trust and respect your partners.
And choose good team members. If you don’t Scrum, PMI or CMMI won’t help you.
