ServeThe.net was born out of the realization that the only human touchpoint customers have with many digital companies is through customer service. Everything else is pixels, text, binary code, and other inert objects.

And yet customer service jobs are often akin to the teaching jobs—under-appreciated, under-acknowledged, and sometimes under-paid. So we decided to build a job board exclusively for some of the most important people on the internet: customer service specialists & managers.

Built with the same software that powers Authentic Jobs and supported by the same team, Serve the Net is our small contribution to the customer service pros that work tirelessly to maintain a friendly, human touch to all things internet.
