Wonder …. in both my languages

একটি অচেনা হলুদ ফুল,

সেজেছে কাঁচের পাত্রে,

টেবিল এর উপর।

পিছনে জানলার বাইরে

প্রকৃতি বরফে ঢাকা,

সকালের আলোয় আনন্দে ঝলমল।

মনে হলো শুধু আমারই জন্য,

নাই বা দেখলো আর কেউ।

A solitary golden flower waits,

Framed in crystal on the table.

Snow on the grounds beyond,

Glowing in the morning sunlight.

While no one is looking…But me.
