Apply-to-Hire indicates the time between identifying the best candidate and reaching a signed contract. As of today, when making a hire, you can specify the correct application date if a candidate has applied several times.
In case past hires have an incorrect apply date, visit the position’s openings tab and select the correct date.
Expected-Time-to-Hire is a new metric that will help you improve future resource planning and set goals for your recruiting team. For new openings, specify the Expected Hire Date to see the Expected-Time-to-Hire estimate.
It’s easy to export and open in your favorite reporting tool. Use it to compare plan vs actual, identify areas for improvement as you work on budget details, staffing and infrastructure needs.
