Improved (& amazing) Office365 integration!

Changing roles

When people leave your company or their roles change, Comeet helps you make sure that recruiting continues without interruption:

  1. Changing roles — From the position’s Hiring Team tab, select Replace teammate using the small arrow on the far right.
  2. Leaving company — On the Teammates page, select Deactivate teammate using the small arrow on the far right.

In both cases, your next step is to select the replacement to whom the role and all tasks will be transferred.

​Using Office 365 or Outlook?

You can now schedule interviews without even opening Outlook.

From inside Comeet, you can see availability, reserve meeting rooms and notify interviewers. Plus, everything will be synced with everyone’s Outlook calendar. It’s really sophisticated stuff that we made really simple to use.

1. To set up integrated scheduling (you only do this once):

From any interview step, click Schedule and then Connect to MS Office365 to see availability (in case you don’t see this option, the company admin should activate the integration with MS Office 365 here).

2. To schedule a meeting, including reserving a room:

From any interview step, click Schedule. You will see a single calendar view that shows the availability of both interviewer(s) and the selected room.

Select date and time. Click Schedule. Boom! You just reserved a room and notified the interviewer(s). You may want to edit the invitation email to the candidate before it is sent. When you’re done click Send. That’s it!
