Heroes of Old is an action adventure comic novel with drama and anime styled fighting that tells the compelling story of how Harriet Tubman the Fifth (the great great grand-daughter of Harriet Tubman) resurrects from the past, iconic African American personalities (like Harriet Tubman, Kunta Kinte, Crispus Attucks, Nat Turner, Martin Luther King, Malcolm X, Rosa Parks, Bobby Hutton, Huey P. Newton, Fred Hampton, Muhammad Ali along with the likes of Abraham Lincoln, Andrew Goodman and Viola Luzzio) who now imbued with super powers and extra-ordinary abilities must face off in an ultimate battle against an evil alliance of the KKK, Neo Nazi and Satanists led by Baron Von Mckellen( a descent of both Adolf Hitler and the founding father of the Ku Klux Klan) who with the help of a necromancer has brought back from the dead with fearsome powers, villainous characters such as Adolf Hitler, J. Edgar Hoover, Nathan Bedford Forrest, John Wilkes Booth, Lee Harvey Oswald and a few more to impose a new Jim Crow era to subjugate the Black race in America.

This rise of evil threatens not only the life of every black person in the USA but the fate of the world itself. The Heroes now must fight and win or everything will be lost.

Heroes of Old is a uniquely featured, socially & culturally relevant comic series interspersed with light comedy, history and a fresh perspective on all the good and bad characters of American history from the Revolution days to Civil War times to the Civil Right Movement era to 21st Century Post-racial America.

By this digital comic series, we want to be the “Boondocks” of digital comics by retelling the stories that molded the Black person’s history in America in a fresh but engaging perspective to both old and new generation.

Heroes of Old was created by basically a small team of friends from the same high school who share similar interests of anime, comics and black history with a passion for the arts and are looking to make an impact with our comic series in the Black community and America as a whole.

You can order the first two comic issues on pre-sale at a 25% discount for $2.99 each before our official launch and release on the 23rd of February 2018 on our site at https://heroesofoldcomics.com/
