15 Important Law Changes In Estonia 2018

Estonian E-Residency program has attracted a lot of foreign businessmen in recent years, and, the trend doesn’t show any signs of slowing down.

As an official partner of the E-Residency program, Comistar has many E-Residency clients, hence, important part of our work is informing our clients about the changes in the business environment.

Some of these changes bring additional requirements for the foreign entrepreneurs (contact person). More often than not, these additional requirements originate back to the EU, and are not initiatives of Estonia.

Bear in mind that some of these changes do not concern the E-Residents at all (for example, car tax).
