Hi my name is Alberto and… I’m addicted to newsletters, I have to admit it. There are a lot of great ones out there so I decided to spend some time and put all of them together on one list. On this spreadsheet, you will find the top 100 newsletters for developers and designers with a description and their twitter account.

The reason why I created this list is because these newsletters are very valuable to me and I believe they will be to you also. They keep me updated about all of the current trends in our industry as well as help me gather content for my own curated newsletter at X-Team.

So go grab yourself a cup of coffee, take your time and subscribe to the ones you find most interesting. If you want to keep them organised by using your own email labels, don’t miss out on the last part of this article.

I hope this list helps you find more valuable content and keeps you updated with the latest news and trends that exist out there. Please let me know if I missed one!

How to organise your newsletters

If you subscribe to a lot of newsletters, they are more than likely filling up your inbox and creating a mess of it. You can organise all of them in a better way so that you are not being interrupted with incoming emails all the time.

In order to have your newsletters organised, you need to send them to a new folder/label and skip the inbox. The process is pretty simple:

  • Subscribe to the newsletters with a specific email address
If you add “+news” to your current email you will create a new address within the same account. Ex: “email+news@domain.com”
  • Create a new Gmail label “Newsletters” (choose a nice colour)
  • Create a new Gmail filter under Settings -> Filters -> Create a new filter
  • In the field “To” add your email address “email+news@domain.com”
  • In the next step: “Skip the inbox” and “Apply the label: Newsletters”

That’s all!
