New in Commit: Manage Coach Subscriptions
At the beginning of Commit Swimming, coaches selected a subscription plan to our software individually. They could choose monthly or yearly pricing. Now, we have the ability for teams and clubs to have multiple coaches all under one subscription for a heavy discount. The problem was, in order to add coaches, remove coaches, increase the total number of coaches, and decrease the total number of coaches on a particular subscription, you had to contact Commit directly. This was a hassle. So… we fixed it!
Now, you can control all of those settings inside your Commit account without the hassle. There are 3 sections inside this new feature:
1. Current Plan
The current plan section gives you an overview of what you are currently paying, how many coaches are supported on the plan, and what the status is of the plan.
2. Manage Plan
The manage plan section allows you to update your subscription right on the spot. Switch over to a different billing interval, increase the number of coaches on your plan to unlock more value, and save the changes.
3. Manage Coaches
The third and final section, “manage coaches”, allows you to include or exclude all of your connected coaches on your subscription. A super common scenario is when an assistant coach leaves and you hire a new one. Replacing that user on your plan is now as easy as clicking a checkbox and saving.
