Poem: What is NEW?

This moment is new, this breadth is new.

Look around/observe, everything is new.

This day is new & so are the challenges.

Our ego is new and our reactions to a moment from our bias is also new.

Our promises to the loved ones and commitments are new.

Chirping of those birds in my balcony is new too.

Those kids playing & running with high on voice are new too.

Passing by traffic & honking is new.

The enthusiasm with hope to finish today’s checklist is new.

Our mistakes are new, our learnings from it will be new too.

Maid is cooking lunch, it is something new.

Those faces at coffee shops, some making a conversation or some laughing is new

The traffic police making fines from new drivers.

Drops of rain & smell of soil is new.

Subtle conversation with auto/taxi driver about his life/family is new.
