A Mainstream Media Member Admits Bias On Camera
Our traditional news sources suppress facts that don’t fit their agenda and are dominated by a left-wing point of view.
The mainstream media continue pretending they don’t promote a left-wing agenda. They scoff at the idea they don’t deliver an unbiased perspective. This happens when you live in an echo chamber or surrounded by groupthink. The media have been biased for decades. This is getting exposed and people are going elsewhere for their news.
The major media outlets in America are in the most left-wing parts of the country. Most people who work for networks like ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, and MSNBC promote every kind of diversity except ideology and thought. The same goes for major newspapers like the New York Times, LA Times, and Washington Post. You can’t tell one news or editorial page from another. Sometimes you can’t figure out if you are reading news or opinion on the front page.
The Trump era has intensified media bias. Members of networks aren’t as afraid to reveal their biases as they used to be. They think they are acting virtuous and saving the country. That’s not their job. They should report all the facts, whether or not they fit their left-wing narrative.
The latest and most blatant admission happened over at ABC News after David Wright got caught admitting the truth about how they cover the news and his political bias. ABC News gave credibility to the video since they suspended Wright due to the controversial things he said.

One of the stunning statements he made is the network doesn’t give Trump credit for what he does. Media bias is more than reporting a story with a certain slant, it’s omitting stories you don’t want the audience to hear. He says the only things about Trump that interest the network are the outrage of the day, the investigation, and who is doing the backstabbing.
He’s not afraid to use strong terms to show his dislike of Trump when he drops the “f-bomb” when referring to him. Imagine the consequences of Bret Bair or Brit Hume got caught on an open mic talking about Barack Obama. There would be calls for boycotts of every advertiser they have. That won’t be the case over at ABC News.
Wright wasn’t shy revealing his politics. He didn’t think Democratic Socialist was radical enough to describe his views and said he was a Socialist. He’s lockstep with the radicalism of Bernie Sanders. He’s not interested in hiding his bias. That normally be wouldn’t be a problem, but he’s supposed to be impartial.
Andy Fies, a producer at ABC News, admits they don’t understand or care about voters and are making the same mistakes they did in 2016. The main thing they are hoping for is conflict between candidates and promoting the “horse race” in the Democratic primaries for ratings. That’s not giving voters the news coverage they deserve. They favor the flavor of the week in the pack.

Wright gives a telling statement towards the end of the interview that the main broadcast networks are dinosaurs and are dying. That’s the fate they deserve for covering the news in this manner and not understanding Trump voters. They will keep making the same mistakes and fall behind new mediums to get more accurate information.
It isn’t surprising Wright came out and said how left-wing he is. It’s been an open secret that’s how most of the media is for decades. Voters are becoming more attuned to this and see right through it. They’re a big part of the reason President Trump got elected. People are sick of the media telling them what to think and not reporting the entire story if it doesn’t fit their agenda. They could be waking up to those facts, but it’s unlikely they will change.
