Introduction

Hello fellow bloggers, my name is Angelo Robinson and the main topic on my channel I will be researching is the skill of communication, specifically in the workplace. I chose this particular skill because communication is essential to connecting to many people no matter where you are. In the workplace, communication is a vital skill to have in order to lead, support, and creating relationships with others. Even outside of the workplace, everybody should be able to excel in communicating with others. This skills allows us to bond with people by sharing our common interests, hobbies, and goals with one another. In terms of physically communicating, there multiple ways we can do it including the specific language we speak, sign language, and also reading another person’s body language. As we all know, social media has become a huge and dominant force in today’s society, and communication has been the source for all of media. What I want to focus on is how someone can become better in terms of communicating in the workplace, specifically with bosses and co-workers to be able to show how one can be a successful leader in whatever profession they are in. For myself, I hope to develop better communication skills by practice and repetition, learning how to read body language better, and taking on more leadership roles in new activities.
