What is a Community or Community Management?

When we build certain questions and create a customer base, we are in a way building communities. Communities that grab few similar instances or likings are more likely to fall in one group! Your community that you build is much more than a relationship, its your backbone. When you frame a bond with your customers, your trust should be inhaled the first thing in the making. They are your best critique and best teachers. Your brand’s price and esteemed value is defined by the quality that you concentre, the promises that you keep and the approach you take to meet their prospects.

Mr. Arkodyuti Saha [Mozillian] believes community is just a loop of thread and management of that loop is community management. Community is a place where people feel connected and safe with each other in the vicinity, said Mr. Amit Shekhar [Founder @ Mindorks].
Asha Chaudhary [ Advisor,Community @ BabyChakra] has beautifully discussed about Community management in one of her blogs. She concludes that a community manager should have certain skills: He should be a people’s person, a problem solver, patient listener, effective communicator, multi-tasker, pro-active, inclusive and always in help mode. Doesn’t this encompasses everything that we are looking for? A heal for all the questions who don’t yet understand the logic behind community build ups and their exigency in the making.
