Stable Peer Group Experiences

Organisations are invited to make use of the following stable programs of learning as a way to participate in ATLA’s community and structurally enhance the potential of employees and members:

Intellectual Leadership for Change and Transformation.

Humans is now the primary agents of change on a planetary scale and at geological depth (Smithsonian 2013). However, the increase in material standards for some is offset and actively subsidised by the poor and declining life experience of others (UN 2023). Moreover, evidence overwhelmingly demonstrates that human agency drives the increasingly intensive breakdown of planetary support systems, resulting in a likely broadscale and existential period of social collapse (IPCC 2023).

Those aspiring to be intellectual and practical leaders in this context, be that in the spheres of citizenship, business and politics, need a distinctly new set of knowledges, understandings and tools to maximise their ‘positive’ contribution. We most avoid being well-meaning parts of the problem, and develop urgent and appropiate mechanisms of a meaningful, collective response. CATALN offers those aspiring to intellectual leadership of change and transformation a significant intellectual tool kit.

Flexible Peer Group Experiences

CATALN collaborates with existing communities formed within commercial, pubic and third sector bodies, to co-create highly transformative professional and personal development. Following our ethos we integrate deep intellectual, rigorous, evidence-based learning, with personal development and community agglomeration experiences.

CATALN supports with the assimilation of corporate learning objections into our highly non-traditional learning environment. Support is given for practical, residential and educational arrangements. We also ensure experiences are socially positive and personally fruitful for all participants, regardless of their backgrounds or particular learning and development needs.
