Hello Friends, Family, Colleagues and Community,

My sincere hope is that you and your family are well as you read this. I am writing to you today to communicate the HR Innovate Operational Plan in response to COVID-19.

The H in HR Innovate stands for Human. As such, Humans are indeed at the core of our business and our community.

At this time, COVID-19 has not had a negative impact on HR Innovate or our immediate community, and we intend to conduct ourselves in a manner consistent with ensuring that we do our part in promoting a healthy community.

For this reason, we have informed all staff at HR Innovate that from March 16 to March 31st [UPDATED 15.03.2020 20:18PM — UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE], all staff are to work from home and all meetings are to be held electronically.

The Operations Team at HR Innovate is proud to have put into place and practiced remote working policies and procedures for several years.

We do not anticipate that this minor shift will have any negative impact on the delivery of our daily operations or service. In fact, our team is committed now as much as ever to continue to deliver the highest quality solution-focused customer service in the region.

Over the past few weeks, the Operations Team at HR Innovate has been working behind the scenes to migrate our telephony system to a local provider as we value supporting community connections. To this end, our mainline number may go up and down until March 17 as we complete the final phase.
