HR Innovate has proudly become a member of the Diversity Charter Cyprus, which forms part of the European Commission’s European Platform of Diversity Charters. The Center for Social Innovation (CSI) has been appointed as the EU official representative for the Diversity Charter in Cyprus.

HR Innovate’s membership has been validated by signing the Memorandum of Understanding, which defines members’ voluntary and moral support to the main goal of the Charter, which is the promotion of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

By signing the Diversity Charter Cyprus, HR Innovate agrees to:

  1. Respect the principles of the Diversity Charter Cyprus and strive to create a workplace that reflects the diversity of society, helping each employee feel dignified, valued, and respected.
  2. Recognize and invest in each employee’s differences and talents, focusing on human resource management based on each individual’s knowledge, skills, and competencies.
  3. Promote mutual trust, equal treatment, and non-discrimination, among the signing organizations and their employees and support an inclusive workplace, free of bias.
  4. Develop policies, strategy, and practices based on the acceptance of diversity and inclusion and apply a multifaceted approach towards every aspect of the organization’s operations, management processes, and culture in general.
  5. Disclose its commitment to the Diversity Charter Cyprus and the achievements of its diversity policy both internally and externally.

Our commitment to improving the world in which we are operating is at the core of the company’s mission and culture. At HR Innovate, diversity and inclusion are part of our DNA. Together, we continue to build an inclusive culture that encourages, supports, and celebrates the diverse voices of all employees. It fuels our innovation and connects us closer to our customers and the communities we serve.

Companies that are diverse in age, gender identity, race, sexual orientation, physical or mental ability, ethnicity, and perspective are proven to be better companies. More importantly, creating an environment where everyone, from any background, can do their best work is the right thing to do.
