This team of foreign born Cypriots and a US National have set up shop in Nicosia and are here to stay. Collectively the team has travelled and worked the globe in sectors such as the Corporate Middle East, the Health and Social care sector in the UK to the US Government and Peace corps. They bring to the scene a tool kit of Education and Psychology training, Management experience and above all a buzz about people and their capacity for innovation and productivity.
As a start-up in 2016 HR Innovate has grown organically and slowly, testing and learning the ropes to entrepreneurship and embracing their local and regional markets. Interacting and building even better relationships with a vast network and database of candidates.
Working mainly on word of mouth and referral business for the first year, having expanded and leapt from that stage they are now firmly established as one of the main players in the Cyprus Human Resource and Recruitment industry. Their impressive portfolio of clients spans FinTech, Healthcare Tech, Financial Services and even Art Consultancy and Design clients. Many of their clients have global offices in other countries, many are looking for fresh approaches to Recruitment and Retention. Post recession Cyprus features an active Job market with salaries and conditions returning to the levels they were previously and even higher or better in many sectors. Limassol remains the most vibrant job market with Nicosia a close second. International interest in Cyprus as a business haven is ongoing and, in their experience, a stable attractive facet to our local market.
