Why should we struggle to find new jobs in Larnaca?

For those of us who live in Larnaca; it has always been a lot harder to make that spontaneous decision to make a change in our lives due to limited assistance in the recruiting sense. Aside from the fact that the job market in Larnaca is not thriving, we do not have many resources to tap into either.

Brief research shows that Larnaca only holds 13% of vacancies across Cyprus.

This makes it a lot harder to find a new job locally. To top it off, not only do we have a very small share of vacancies, we do not have the knowledge of how to go about seeking a new position in other cities such as Nicosia or Limassol as there is no assistance offered in Larnaca to job seekers, aside from the internet.

The cities that have a larger market share in vacancies seem to offer a lot more help to not only job seekers but also companies who are looking for the right employee for that difficult to fill position.

The process of Recruiting can be a long, difficult road which can take time away from your day-to-day business activities.
