Our Compass Digital Ventures incubator program is calling all innovators.

“What impact could your solution have, if you had the world at your fingertips?”

That’s the question we want to ask startups looking to make a difference at the intersection of food, technology, and hospitality; our incubator program, Compass Digital Ventures, scales emerging solutions that live at that intersection to change the hospitality experience of tomorrow. With open access to Compass Group’s expertise and extensive network, the program enables growth-stage companies to test new possibilities in the food service environment.

In accelerating a solution’s timeline through real-world testing, “what ifs” become specified points to test and measure; implementing a pilot at one of our sites grants insights that were never even on the “what if” radar. CDV is a perfect opportunity for startups to pilot and test their products within the vast Compass ecosystem. It’s a chance for them to work with some of Compass’s largest clients, including Microsoft, Google, NYU, Mayo Clinic, etc. If the pilots are successful, there are multiple opportunities for long term collaboration — the incubator program can accelerate the startup’s growth and help them scale faster.

Sustainability and Transparency

As a part of Compass Group, Compass Digital Ventures is highly committed to reducing food waste. Sustainable and safe packaging, food traceability, and food safety are other areas of high interest for future company-wide initiatives.

Kitchen Evolution

Whether it’s food automation, robotics, or intelligent forecasting, the kitchen as we know it is changing. There are substantial opportunities to create exceptional experiences for everyone involved in the supply chain, from efficient and connected smart kitchens to new and safer kitchen models.
