What’s On My Desk — Patrick Callahan

I love the window to other’s worlds. Nothing is more telling than what they focus on for the day — and what’s on one’s desk. Here’s what’s on mine:

1. Working from a Standup “fully” desk. It keeps me healthy.

2. Currently working with our team (everyone plays a part) on crafting an AI solution on behalf of our client: Goodwill of Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia. They do good work — and we love working with them.

3. Swell Bottle, pitcher of water, and an endless glass. Hydration is so important — and I keep the tap flowing all day.

4. Ember Mug — It will keep my coffee at whatever temperature I need.

5. My Apple Computer and the monitor I wish Apple would have kept making. The cords about to die — but the monitor will go on.

6. Keys from the old office at The Mill I have to return. We moved into our own space — very bright and airy. It’s huge and we’re hoping to fill it up with new colleagues this year.

7. My vision board — pictures of the office I always wanted. It’s amazing when you put a bunch of pictures on a sheet of paper, carry that paper for years with you and look at it every day, and then one day you look up — and there it is. It was perfect.

8. Wireless apple mouse and keyboards. I like minimization — and wires are the biggest culprit of them all to move clean to mucked up.

9. Whiteboard Expo marker: I never go anywhere without one. I will draw on windows if I have to.

10. Notepad from Rhodia — I’ve used them since 2010. Best. Paper. Ever.
