Why We Opened An Office At CIC Philadelphia

At CompassRed, we work with diverse companies and organizations in their journey of embracing Data Science, and Data Analytics, and the architectural requirements to support it. Everyone at our company works at the intersection of math and technology. We are, at our core, a creative science company searching for insight that will affect change in the world on behalf of ourselves and our clients.

Central to our beliefs is the never-ending requirement of testing, failing, learning, and building. We advocate that self-reflection and growth are part of the collaborative process as we strive to be one of the most sought-after organizations in our field. We also believe that the environment we place ourselves in inspires our thinking. That’s why we made the leap from our center-city offices to Philadelphia’s center for science in the CIC building: to surround ourselves with those that are just as curious and passionate about their field as we are.

CIC is more than just a co-working space. It houses scientists and technologists from genetic and chemical engineers to an educational environment created to support STEM initiatives. The fact that it is in University City, a location for natural academic curiosity, is no accident and a quality that influenced where we want to be. As we enter into the next phase, the graduates will be critical to our growth bringing with them new ideas, energy, and curiosity applied to making our world better.
