Joe brings a wealth of experience as an early player in the crypto sector and traditional finance (TradFi), having worked with notable hedge funds where he focused on early-stage protocol and technical research. Joe’s onboarding represents another strategic decision in Composable’s future expansion moves as we continue to spread our footprints in the DeFi space and mainstream finance.

A curious mind and adopter of new technologies, Joe was an early contributor to the Bitcoin network as an independent node operator in 2011. Joe also has an extensive background in quantitative trading, as he worked as a hedge fund trader focused on statistical arbitrage between international ETFs. As a professional, Joe worked with leading hedge funds like FalconX and CMS Holdings, managing relationships and strategic partnerships with trading partners and liquidity providers. Joe brings in a wealth of experience in the investment process, including initial research, outreach, pitch calls, deal structuring, and investment allocation. With a keen eye for synergies and crafting partnership strategies, Joe will initiate and nurture vital business collaborations and human bridges that crisscross ecosystems for mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.
