It’s a switch but using turning to make the switch on and off. When the top part is being turned, the matel nuts on the pole will fall down onto the conductive tape and finish the circuit. Then when it’s turned again the nut will fall down and then open the circuit. There are two nuts on one switch so when the top part is turned for a full circle the circuit will open and then close two times.

The problem I run into is that the nuts are not heavy enough so when it falls down the circuit is not very stable. The other problem is when I design the switch the support on the side is not long enough so the connection on the two sides is not stable as well.
