- How would you feel if I provide new ideas for Comunev?
Well, at Comunev we value ideas more than anything else. With the conception of an idea, anything is possible and you can achieve anything imaginable. It is the beginning of something wonderful and as with every small thing which begins, it requires love, dedication and care.
Ideas for projects
At Comunev, you will be given complete autonomy to bring ideas not only for your own project but for other projects also. If anything comes up in your mind, you can experiment with it if you feel it’s the right thing to do. Of course, we will be guiding you throughout if you face any problem in this regard.
We want you to be independent and use your innovative minds to summon creative ways of doing novel things, reduce wastage of time, increase coordination, improve results and achieve the impossible on a regular basis.
Ideas for the company
Who is better to give ideas for the company than the people who ‘are’ the company.
We always welcome those ideas which are conceived to improve the functioning of the company itself. We will always appreciate the extra efforts taken by you to help yourself and also others to see a unique picture and a unique way of doing things. Each idea you’ll share to improve the company would stay as a permanent change in the company and as your legacy for the future.
How to deliver ideas?
If you thought of an idea and you feel it’s really good then implement it and inform us later. And if you are having problems in implementing it then we are always here.
You can inform us of those ideas at any time, through any medium or in the concerned project meeting. You can even suggest it through our anonymous company feedback form.
We love ideas that won’t only drive your growth but growth of the company as a whole. We hope you’ll agree with the way we do things here. We want our team to outdo itself every day and come up with something which no one had thought about before.
If you think you can be that person then with no doubt we can assure you it’ll be our pleasure to have you on board. Ideas are, after all, what started this company in the first place.
