Connect with Comunev

At Comunev, we are building an interest-based social network that helps people connect. And to fulfill this mission, we require a dedicated and passionate team that can turn ideas and visions into reality.

To make such a team, we started connecting with the placement cells of different colleges and that’s where we got our first initial team members.

But soon enough we realized that other companies and startups wanted a similar thing. That’s when we came up with an idea to help companies in their hiring process by connecting them with our network of colleges and that’s how CPCN (College Placement Cell Network) came into existence.

CPCN of Comunev is a project that aims to bridge the gap between colleges and companies. Companies can get a large number of applications for their job profiles and colleges can provide their students with opportunities to work in a real-life experience. This will help them to connect with each other and in between aid the students to get suitable job opportunities.

Currently, Comunev CPC network has 100+ colleges with 3 lakh+ students. The network includes premier universities and institutes like- Delhi University, JNU, Jain University, University of Mumbai, Bangalore University, Delhi Technological University, Amity University, IP University, IITs, IIMs, etc.

How do we do this?

CPCN shares the job profiles of companies in CPCN from where it reaches thousands of college students across India. We keep on expanding our network to bring in more companies and colleges over time.

As a project, we give our team members the freedom to make decisions, learn from their mistakes and improvise in the process. There’s so much to tell but we think you must get to know it from someone who’s on it and giving their all to make it worthwhile.

Pragya Sharma who looks after CPCN and an EIR at Comunev, says-

“In my early days, I have struggled to get internships that offer me real-world experience, not just a certificate sort of thing.

Entirely handling a project provides me with good decision making skills, experimenting with my ideas for the betterment of this project, and understanding its impact on organizations and people connected with us, all under the guidance of the other team members.”

One of our strengths is that we are proud of what we do. We believe we are targeting three birds with one arrow. You ask how?

  • Helping students, our future pillars, to land a decent job or internship and adding value to their experience.
  • Helping companies to connect with colleges and bridge the gap between the empty chairs in their office and applicants applying for it.
  • Helping colleges to find better employment opportunities for their students and securing their future.

Comunev aims to connect people having similar interests and goals. But through CPCN we also want to expand this power of connecting people to companies and colleges. By connecting CPCs to great companies, we want to give students great opportunities to realise their full potential by engaging in a company where their true worth can be identified. To work and connect with people and problems that truly matter.
