“What kind of role would suit an EIR best in the company?”
The big moment is here. We are back with the next question in our FAQ series. So, the question is,
What kind of role would suit someone best in the company? How does one decide? What metrics would you use to measure someone’s success in a role?
Let’s begin…
i) You choose as per YOUR interest, okay?
At Comunev, except for product development, no other project requires you to be an old-timer. Put simply, you can choose whichever project suits you, no restrictions. Even if you don’t have any prior experience, we are fine with it.
Secret- We too joined Comunev with bare experience!
So, if you have an urge to learn something new and are ready to grind hard, we shall provide you with a wide range of projects, you can choose whatever suits you best.
It’s an Internship covering numerous fields in which an organisation operates. So, we will give you enough time to understand and get your hands on your chosen project.

ii) How do we measure success?
Well, we don’t measure anyone’s success in the chosen role. Why? Because we believe in you. If you have pledged to work with us, that means you have what it takes to be a member of Comunev. Plus, success can’t be calibrated. Duh!
But, we do track the progress of the tasks performed by our EIRs. After all, it’s necessary to ensure that everyone is working towards a common goal. We make sure all members work as a team, and, most importantly, no one is left behind/disconnected.
Our company has weekly and monthly goals and if you are able to reach them, then that’s a win. We also look for ideas and suggestions that are long term or even just experiments. Since success is varied, so is our measuring. Provided that both short and long term progress is being made, we shall consider you victorious.
