While we spend a lot of our time thinking about new and powerful features, it’s important to make core experiences as phenomenal as they can be.

That’s why we’ve revisited note-taking on Conduit, taking user feedback into account to rebuild the feature from the ground up.

We’ve designed the best notes experience out there. People use Conduit to take notes on meetings, phone calls, coffee chats, and more. Notes on Conduit are contextual to the contact, as well as the event — allowing for instant recall and effortless organization.

Our new notes experience helps you focus on the note, and helps us deliver future functionality to expand our ability to help you & your organization understand relationships.

Full screen, immersive, and automatic

People told us they take notes at meetings and on phone calls. They want an immersive experience that focuses on typography and removes distractions.

We’re delivering that today. Notes on Conduit can be viewed inline or in a full-screen view that shows the contextual person and interaction. It features our new interface & typography, which we’re slowly rolling out across the product.

Notes on Conduit now automatically save, and you can change notes anywhere just by clicking and typing. A subtle checkmark appears when you start to edit a note. If your Wi-Fi connection drops, we’ll let you know and wait until your signal returns.

Instant Markdown support

People told us they wanted the benefits of Markdown without seeing the syntax. Like leading document services — including Dropbox Paper — Conduit now converts Markdown syntax as soon as it’s recognized into a rich text, live preview format.

We support formatting, bullet & numbered points, and more.

Always improving

A phenomenal product experience doesn’t come easy. We’ll continue to improve key functionality so that Conduit can help people and organizations connect & build relationships that help them succeed.
