Position Overview
- Maintain client happiness by being the first port of call
- Field new business leads and handle media inquiries
- Create, design and input content ideas for client Social Media channels
- Streamline administration, creating a sense of zen through excellent organisational skills
- Keep current with relevant industry news and events
- Be knowledgeable about changes and trends, for both Glass and our clients
- Support and develop our culture at Glass
- Assist in the generation of client campaign reports; social media analytics, demographic data and advertising figure
Required Skills
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding written and spoken communication
- Ability to navigate and optimise content across Social Media platforms including; Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, YouTube, Instagram & Pinterest
- Positive attitude, desire and ability to solve problems in ways that maximise efficiency and productivity
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt as conditions change
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
- Proficiency with Mac OSX & iOS and Microsoft Office
- Openness to and aptitude for learning new software & platforms
Desired Skills
- Excited by numbers! An interest into the analytical data behind social marketing
- Key office skills including administration and office management
- Background in PR, communications, social media
- Experienced in social media marketing and Facebook advertising
- Account management and building client relationships
- Own blog or passion for writing
