Stop Worrying About Typos and Last Minute Registration
Printing name badges for last minute attendees and dealing with name badge typos are huge pain points. You don’t want to give some attendees hand-written badges.
We came up with a simple solution that will certainly help you deal with those. Follow this tutorial to see how it works:
- First create your design, checkout and download your PDF. Then print the bulk of your name badges. (e.g. 2 days before your event)
2. Whenever new attendees register reimport your updated attendee list from Eventbrite or add them manually to your printing queue.
3. When you are ready to print again, select the attendees and click the ‘Print selected attendees’ button.
4. Download the newly generated PDF which contains only the new attendees you just added. Print it.
It makes it really easy to print name badges in many batches. It is now possible to easily reprint name badges with typos and print name badges onsite, the only requirements are to have a printer and an internet connexion.
