This time I asked a few questions Oleksandra our outstanding designer!
Who are you, Oleksandra?
I’m UX/UI Designer who learned design in real cases with experience in many areas. I like to compare needs and approaches in my work and learning new things. The first time I’ve got into blockchain was in 2017 or 2018 working on a small money converter app for crypto. I was interested in what this new area exactly is. I knew that the crypto world is generating cool fresh ideas. For example, I liked the CryptoKitties idea so much.
What do you do in Confio?
In Confio I do the design. In my work, I use a product way of thinking. Usually, I’m interested in the full picture and on that impression which user will have after visiting our product(s).
Could you describe how your work is like at Confio?
I’m working full-time remotely here and the working hours are flexible. For me, this is very important because I work with ideas that take some time for generating. I work closely with developers, marketing, product specialists, and stakeholders.
What have you learned with Confio?
The idea of Tgrade App is new for the market and working on it our team learns every time new business and technical things. I had some experience working with blockchain products before but didn’t work with the Cosmos ecosystem. There was a big part of knowledge which I grow every time making this product and comparing with other blockchain products.
What do you like about working at Confio in General?
As a designer here I work on designs from scratch, from just ideas, from hypotheses. I like it because Confio and the team are open for ideas, suggestions from the design point of view. It is the cool part of work on this project.
