Announcing: Conflux’s Developer Ambassador Program

The Conflux Developer Ambassador Program is designed to bring together developers who are passionate about Conflux Network. As a Developer Ambassador, you play an important role in expanding our developer community by organizing events, creating and translating content, and more.

The main objective of this program is to provide a simple way for developers to contribute to Conflux Network. In return for your contributions, you’ll be rewarded with CFX.

📋 Onboarding Process
Steps to Become a Developer Ambassador:
· Application: Fill out the application form for initial screening. 📝
· Interview: Selected candidates will go through an interview to assess their fit for the role.🗣️
· Orientation: Once accepted, you’ll receive an orientation covering role expectations and access to essential resources.🧭
· Trial Period: Complete a 1-month trial to show your commitment and skills.🏁
· Confirmation: Successful completion of the trial period will lead to your formal induction as a Developer Ambassador.✅
💸 Rewards System/Reward Distribution
· Rewards are paid in $CFX.
· Payments take place on the 10th day of the next month.
· Rewards correspond to tasks performed.
📊 Performance Metrics
Ambassadors must track the metrics related to their activities for accurate assessment. Rewards can include base payments as well as bonuses, depending on:
· Level of commitment 🎖️
· Time invested ⏳
· Quality and results of work 🌟
Quality Multiplier:
Rewards are subject to a Quality Multiplier, ranging from 0.5x to 2.0x, based on monthly evaluations.
· Low: 0.5x
· Good: 1x
· Excellent: 2.0x
Evaluation forms must be submitted by the 23rd of each month to qualify for rewards.🗓️

Recurring Tasks:
· Community Moderation: Monitor forums and social channels, answer questions, and keep conversations constructive.
· Content Distribution: Share Conflux-related articles, videos, or podcasts across various platforms.
· Social Media Engagement: Tweet, re-tweet, or share posts about Conflux. Engage with the community on platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
· Forum Participation: Actively participate in Conflux forums, answer queries, and initiate discussions.
· Community Activities: Lead or participate in quizzes, challenges, and open mic sessions in the community.
· Weekly Meetings: Attend Developer Ambassador meetings to discuss progress, new initiatives, and ways to improve.
· Technical Support: Provide technical assistance on community channels like Discord or Telegram.
Special Tasks:
· Translation Services: Translate content into other languages to reach a broader audience.
· Partnership Acquisition: Bring in new partners or collaborators.
· Original Content: Write articles, blogs, or tutorials about Conflux, its technologies, or its community.
· Graphic Design: Create banners, flyers, charts, or infographics to promote Conflux.
· Media Production: Create video tutorials, walkthroughs, or reviews related to Conflux.
· AMA Management: Organize and manage ‘Ask Me Anything’ sessions with notable figures in the Conflux ecosystem.
· Event Hosting: Plan and execute in-person or virtual events, such as hackathons, meetups, or workshops.
· Special Projects: Develop special projects that can benefit the Conflux ecosystem; these could be tools, apps, or integrations.
· Market Research: Conduct research on trends, competitors, and potential areas for improvement or expansion.
· Education Modules: Create or update learning modules for Conflux’s technologies.
· Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding of new Developer Ambassadors or community members.
· Community Polls: Conduct and analyze polls to gauge community interests and opinions.
· Case Studies: Document and share successful implementations or use-cases of Conflux technology.
· Webinar Hosting: Host or co-host webinars to introduce people to Conflux or cover specific topics.
Tools and Platforms
For task management and organization, we plan to utilize Notion, a platform that facilitates collaboration among teams and contributors. For communication, we will be using Discord.
