Guang Yang, Ph.D., Appointed Chief Technology Officer of Conflux Network

Conflux Network is pleased to announce the appointment of Guang Yang, PhD as Chief Technology Officer. Guang previously served as Senior Research Director at the Shanghai Tree-Graph Blockchain Research Institute (Conflux). Before joining Conflux, he was an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Computing Technology (ICT), Chinese Academy of Sciences.
With a strong background in blockchain and cryptography, Guang has co-authored numerous research papers in the field. As a key member of the Conflux research team serving as Senior Research Director since 2018, he has been vital to Conflux’s success and is eager to lead the company’s technological vision, as outlined in the Five-Year Roadmap.
“I am honored to take on the role of Chief Technology Officer at Conflux Network. Having been deeply involved in the research and development of Conflux’s technology, I look forward to driving innovation and leading the next phase of growth,” said Guang.
Ming Wu, former CTO, will transition into an advisory role at Conflux while assuming the position of CTO at 0G (Zero Gravity). As an early investor and contributor to 0G, Conflux remains committed to supporting its advancements in decentralized technologies.
