Highlights

🔥 Community approved the burn of 76M CFX and staking of 500M CFX to support long-term network sustainability.

🇨🇦 We co-hosted a packed VC & Startup Soiree during Consensus Toronto with hundreds of attendees.

🌏 Held the Conflux DeFi and Ecosystem Development Conference in Hong Kong.

🤝 Partnered with AEON Pay, Teaken, Meson, Inference Labs, and Chain-Fox.

Public Chain

• Finalized development and began testing for the upcoming hardfork v2.6.0.
• Resolved several compilation compatibility issues to improve stability.
• Completed implementation of a fully aligned EVM environment, enhancing interoperability.
• Fixed additional RPC issues and introduced new features to expand functionality.

SDK & Tooling

• Developed a CLI tool to run Ethereum execution spec tests, enabling VM compatibility checks for eSpace.

Partnerships

In May, we continued to expand the Conflux ecosystem through strategic partnerships that support real-world adoption. Here are some of our partnerships:

• Teaken: Blockchain-Backed Digital Tea
  Teaken officially launched its line of digital tea products, each tied to a unique digital ID for full traceability. All NFTs are minted on Conflux, showcasing how our infrastructure can support real-world product authentication and transparent supply chains.
• Meson: Seamless USDT Transfers to eSpace
  We improved the user experience by integrating with Meson to enable seamless USDT deposits and withdrawals on Conflux eSpace. No bridges, no swaps — just fast, secure transfers.
• AEON Pay: Making CFX Spendable
  CFX can now be used at checkout via AEON Pay across 20M+ merchants and 10,000 brands in Southeast Asia, with plans to expand to Africa and LATAM. This partnership marks a major milestone for everyday crypto payments.
• Inference Labs: Verifiable AI Meets Blockchain
  Through our partnership with Inference Labs, we’re integrating verifiable AI into Conflux’s hybrid PoW/PoS infrastructure. Together, we’re making AI more transparent, secure, and trustworthy.
• Chain-Fox: Strengthening Security and Developer Education
  Chain-Fox is joining our bug bounty program to provide automated audits for critical dApps. They’re also supporting our Beidou Program by mentoring students and helping train the next generation of blockchain developers.
• Integration of CycleX
  CycleX are deploying tokenized RWA funds on Conflux eSpace. CycleX brings tokenized stocks, bonds, and crypto funds to the ecosystem — offering diversified, yield-generating opportunities for Web3 investors.
• Partnership with Graphite
  We partnered with Graphite Network, a project building essential compliance and reputation infrastructure for Web3. This collaboration aims to streamline onboarding for traditional finance and real-world institutions, making it easier for them to participate in decentralized ecosystems.

Events

In May, we remained active, hosting and participating in events:

• Conflux DeFi and Ecosystem Development Conference in Hong Kong
  We hosted a conference in Hong Kong focused on DeFi, ecosystem growth, and international collaboration. It was a valuable opportunity to strengthen our presence in Asia and engage with leaders across the region.
• VC & Startup Soiree at Consensus in Toronto
  During Consensus 2025, we co-hosted the VC & Startup Soiree in Toronto with Supermoon. We were trully overwhelmed by the turnout: hundreds of founders, investors, and builders joined us for an evening of conversations around projects, networking, and collaboration.

Community Highlights

• Interview with Founder Long Fan
  Our founder, Fan, gave an in-depth interview reflecting on his journey from academic research to leading Conflux. He shared the principles that guide our work and how we’re navigating the challenges of a fast-moving industry.
• Web3 Global Talks Participation
  We joined Web3 Global Talks X Spaces alongside several other leading projects to discuss blockchain trends, community building, and the future of decentralized technologies.
• Regional Community Engagement
  – Arabic Community: This month participated in a a joint Twitter Space with Conflux Vietnam to discuss ecosystem updates and local engagement. Also continued regular programming, including an upcoming Telegram hangout to connect users across the region.
  – Spanish Community: Spoke on CoinEx Spanish’s X Space about Conflux’s role in PayFi and compliance in blockchain.
  – Ukrainian Community: Our Ukrainian team hosted a detailed developer webinar on Conflux Grants, offering guidance on securing up to $50,000 in funding. All educational materials were made publicly available for continued learning.
• CFX Burn and Stake Vote Passed
  The community approved a major governance proposal to burn 76M CFX and stake 500M CFX, effectively lowering the PoS APR to approximately 13.38% to strengthen the long-term sustainability of the network. We’re very greatfull to everyone who participated.
• Web3 Global Media X Space
  We also joined a multi-project X Space hosted by Web3 Global Media, alongside teams from Slingshot, Kadena, Witnet, and others, helping expand the conversation around Web3 development and adoption.
• X Space with Hive3
  We hosted a live X Space with Hive3 to explore the role of AI tools, community engagement strategies, and the launch of our Virtual Tech House. It was a great chance to share ideas around building interactive spaces in Web3.
