Washington, DC — Congressman Lou Correa released the following statement following his signing of the petition to force a vote on the Dream Act and bring a legislative solution to 800,000 DREAMers.

Rep. Correa said, “There has been much talk from a lot of well intentioned individuals, but it is time to walk the walk and start delivering real legislative relief to these aspiring Americans. We have the opportunity finally to fix this problem and protect 800,000 people. This is the only country they have ever known. Let’s make them official.”
