REP. CORREA COMBATS WASTE, FRAUD, & ABUSE AT DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY

REP. CORREA JOINS VETERANS AFFAIRS COMMITTEE COLLEAGUES TO SEND VA ACCOUNTABILITY BILL TO PRESIDENT
- Congressman Correa joined his House Veterans Affairs Committee colleagues for the signing of the “Department of Veterans Affairs Accountability Act of 2017” by Speaker Ryan, before sending the bill to the President’s desk to become law. See more.
I voted AYE on H.R.1654 — Water Supply Permitting Coordination Act
I voted in favor of reforming our permitting process for water storage projects. Ensuring we are able to invest and maintain our critical water infrastructure is vital for communities across the United States.
I voted AYE on H.R.1873 — Electricity Reliability and Forest Protection Act
I voted for H.R. 1873 to protect our electrical infrastructure and our environment. This bill ensures electrical infrastructure is safely maintained in uninhabited areas, increasing reliability of electrical grid, and protecting our forests.

I am blessed to have spent some time with the Dali Lama this last week.
At my District Office grand opening, I honored these officers bravery in saving a young boy trapped in the Santa Ana river.
