Fear as a seed in a groundless ground.

Something is sprouting up as fear and what happens next? Do you experience fear and move into an expression of courage and tender-hearted bravery, or do you become disappointed or shut down?

How long does it take you to get back to your purpose, your mission, your lover, spouse, boss with the strength of a gentle open heart?

Being open and present and full of truth is hard stuff.

Nobody wants to hear that shit all the time.

I want to be open and available for the best of this life, definitely! But in my experience, being open and available only to the comfortable, pleasurable parts of life is half-assed. It is ignoring facts, it is pretending, it is a cover up,

it’s a recipe for a hard, stuffy heart.

Appreciating that other people are quite possibly just as afraid as we are allows for courage to come forward, allows us to pave sane foundations with every beautiful human here! We can move through this together and complete ourselves, letting go to the pure loving of life itself with courage, and a tender-hearted bravery.
