Product news: better overview of service data for workshops

We know just how important it is for a vehicle to get service in good time. So we made it even easier for workshops to keep track of service data for their customers.

What’s new

We added service data as a separate section under the vehicle details tab, enabling workshops to get a better overview of the service data status for each vehicle.

Workshops can see all service reminders for a vehicle under the service section and whether a service reminder is still active or an appointment has been booked.

Active service reminders are highlighted, making it even easier to keep track of important information. Workshops can then take relevant action concerning an active service reminder, by either contacting the customer directly or simply closing the reminder if they know it’s been taken care of.

Easier for workshops to be proactive about service reminders

By getting a quicker overview of the service data, workshops can provide a better experience to their customers. The service data section makes it much easier for workshops to take action and reach out to their customers proactively to make sure their vehicles get the care they need.
