Medium Post 2

During the last week of the course, we had our recent Skype conversation with our international group in Girona, in the Skype conversation we discussed about our rough-cut, and they gave us some feedback. Generally, they are quite satisfied with our understanding of Girona, we both agree that Girona is not only a historical old town there is a large number of modern features in Girona. However, there are still some differences in the impression of Girona, because no one in our group has been there, so some of our opinions are not accurate. Still, they did tell us that we don’t need to worried about those small flaws; most of our views on Girona are same with them. Besides the Girona part of the film, they think that the whole film is quite long, which may make the audience feel exhausted when they are watching our film. This feedback is pretty valuable because if the audience didn’t pay full attention to our film, they might miss some of our explanation. Base on this advice, we may choose to cut some of the footage to make the whole film less boring, so our audience won’t miss any of the critical parts because of the vapidness. In conclusion, our international teammates are satisfied with most of our opinions on Girona, so we can focus on this part to ensure the audience knows what we want to express and we can add more modern Girona footage for example like the Girona stadium to make our expression more apparent to the audience. On the other side, they also think that we need to cut off some of the long footages to make the whole film more interesting to watch, with these pieces of advice, I think we can enhance the quality of our film more easily.
