We are pleased to unveil that our technology has been integrated into the Li.Finance cross chain aggregator, and we would now like to add more insights into this partnership.

Li.Finance is an aggregator of multiple liquidity networks and decentralized protocols such as DEXes and lending platforms. Using APIs and integrations with smart contracts, Li.Finance allows any-to-any swaps and loans.

Their core vision, a multichain world with Ethereum as the main central player, perfectly marries ours:

The future is cross-chain and we make sure you don’t have to care.

Back in June of this year, Connext awarded Li.Finance with a $50k grant to help them build a fantastic product that has already been live for a few weeks.

As the most scalable, cheap and capital efficient way to move capital across chains, Connext accounts for the majority of the volume on Li.Finance today.

We are confident this trend will increase as more routers and liquidity providers join our network, and we spread horizontally on other chains.

The benefits

The symbiosis with Li.Finance is evident and allows Connext to focus on what it wants to be:

a fundamental layer in the stack of web3, where other projects can build on top and benefit from its technology.

The Li.Finance integration allows us to scale vertically by providing 2 important elements:

1) An alternative interface for the Connext technology.
Li.Finance has a smooth UI both for swaps and multi chain portfolio, and the team is focused on creating a great experience for their users. This is crucial in a blockchain World that has so far lagged behind in terms of user friendliness but it’s now quickly catching up. The next wave of adoption will come from less technical people, and clean, easy to understand apps will go a long way. The more Li.finance is used, the more volume for Connext.

2) A new path for integrations.
As Li.finance releases their SDK, a kit that makes it easy for developers to integrate their aggregation service into their dapps, this will also include Connext as a connected Network.

The more Li.finance gets integrated, the more Connext gets integrated: new crosschain dapps, but also mobile applications and game engines will just be the beginning. Once again, a win-win.

What’s next

The collaboration with the talented Li.Finance team has already shown great results, and we are looking forward to working with them as both our technologies improve and we scale to become the pillars of the decentralized economy.

The Li.Finance team recently interviewed Arjun Bhuptani, one of the founders of Connext. Deep dive into the Connext journey so far: https://blog.li.finance/lets-talk-cross-chain-with-arjun-bhuptani-co-founder-of-connext-8f332d79f9f8
