Connext workshop day: 20th April
A full day dedicated to interoperability and bridges, the hottest area in Web3 right now.

Hackathon: 22nd — 24th April

Check our xApp development starter kit and pop in our Discord to get ready to BUIDL together.
Here is the general plan:
- April 22, 2022 (Day 1) — Public education workshops, opening ceremonies, team formation, developer skill-set preparation.
- April 23, 2022 (Day 2) — Hackathon + workshops and community technical talks.
- April 24, 2022 (Day 3) — Hackathon finishes, presentations to Judges & winners announced.
On Friday night, Sanchay is running a workshop to build cross chain apps.
Prizes
We are offering the following prizes at ETHAmsterdam:
- $5000: Best use of a cross-chain dApp that uses permissioned calls (e.g. DAO governance).
- $2000: Best use of a cross-chain dApp that uses permissionless calls (e.g. deposit into an LP).
- $500, $300, $200: Contribute to example xapp flows that we’ve already carved out in the starter kit.
Note: exceptional contributions will also fast track to our grants program.
Judging Criteria
- Creativity — Demonstrate use cases that we haven’t thought of or improve the user experience for existing flows in novel ways.
- Quality — While hackathons are a sprint and we fully expect end results to be scrappy, we’ll give bonus points to projects that deliver with more polish.
- Impact — Bonus points for projects that can create value for the wider ecosystem.
Talks by Connext Team
Arjun Bhuptani, Connext co-founder, will be giving a talk about cross chain MEV on Friday during the MEV Day.
